הכינוס בן שלושת הימים יתקיים בבית האקדמיה בירושלים וכן ישודר בשידור חי, בהשתתפות מרצים וחוקרים מן השורה הראשונה בארץ ובעולם. שפת הכינוס – אנגלית.
