Postdoctoral Fellowships
As a result of Clark Library’s closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Center for 17th– & 18th-Century Studies and the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library’s Fellowship Program is suspending applications for the 2021–2022 fiscal year (July 2021–June 2022) for all Short-Term, ASECS/Clark, Predoctoral, Clark Bibliographical, Kenneth Karmiole Endowed Graduate Research, and Kanner Fellowships in British Studies. Applicants who received fellowships for the 2019–20 and 2020–21 fiscal years will be accommodated once the Clark Library is able to re-open.
Applications for Ahmanson-Getty Postdoctoral and Clark Dissertation fellowships will proceed for the 2021–2022 fiscal year and the submission deadline will be February 1, 2021.
The Center administers a number of programs for senior and postdoctoral scholars.
Applications are considered once each year. Applications for appointments to be held anytime during a given fiscal year (from 1 July to 30 June) must be received in the preceding fiscal year, by 1 February.
